The great thing about graphic recording is that you can do it during any meeting to keep you focused on what is being said. Even if the speaker isn’t that good. The reason for this is that your mind needs to process what is going on and simplify it into text, containers, connectors and icons. This process has your brain on fire and will have the information really stick with you. You might approach the speaker later with some really important follow up questions that shows you were listening. It might even make the speaker take a second look at the presentation and make it better!
